C'mon, Casey! Are you blind? There are TEN stepping stones there.
AND you conveniently overlooked the fact that the trash (or recycling)barrel that is prominently displayed as well. That thing is a work of inspiration on it's own! Obviously the judges are looking for a bolder variety of "texture and color". Either that or the judges just have something against you. Hmmm...
OR(!) they're waiting for the very last week to give you the "yard of the century" title! You know, saving the best for last. That's it.
For what it's worth, I think it looks fabulous. Even though you've got some gargantuan weeds going on. They're like 6+ feet tall! Ya know, a little simple maintenance would go a long way... ;)
